Run online competency assessments to build skills inventories, audit your workforce's strengths, weaknesses and potential ! --> Our online survey tools allow you to profile employee contributions and assess workforce excellence. You can conduct employee assessments using self-profiling techniques as well as supervisor assessment and validation. Online surveys can be used in a standard package or customized to reflect your specific requirements.
You can also use open-ended dialogue designed to unlock “hidden” talents beyond traditional assessment or performance review criteria. Enable employees to communicate – in their own words – untapped potential, interests and additional talents that may/may not be part of their specific job descriptions.
