Job Description
Plan and carry out direct and indirect sales activities, so as to develop sales of Triviumsoft & Open Portal software products to North American accounts, in accordance with business plans:
- Carry out personal direct sales activities, including lead generation, prospection, and corporate customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business sales objectives: Sale of Talent Management and Workforce Analytics software solutions, including the SEE-K Talent Management suite, Talent Explorer and the Open Portal Training Management solution; Primary sales targets include VPs of HR and HR Directors, Workforce Planning and Analytics professionals, Heads of critical workforce (e.g. Chief Supply Chain Officer, Chief IT Officer) and Management, HR and Organization Consulting firms.
- Maintain and develop existing and new corporate customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Work with and contribute to corporate marketing to carry out or support direct and indirect marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales.
- Work with existing and future consulting and integrators alliances partners to increase indirect sales.
Requirements
- Proven track record of software sales in the USA, in the fields of Human Resources, Human Resources Information Systems, Human Capital Management or Talent Management
- Understand IT-related concepts and present them in plain language to the non-IT community
- Ability to work in partnership with Consulting firms, SharePoint integrators, ISV’s …
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be motivated to generate sales, be entrepreneurial, nimble and able to learn and adapt
- Knowledge / experience in Microsoft solutions and ecosystem is a plus
