- Determine individual skills needs based upon job requirements

- Generate individual learning plans tailored to build the missing required skills specific to each job. SEE-K® can be set up so to accommodate various workflows, e.g.:
- Employees search through the training catalog for training they are interested in and request specific training courses for supervisor / HR validation.
- Employees are assigned mandatory training and can also take elective training up to a certain number of hours.
