The Talent Explorer desktop software fuels HR activties with enhanced decision-support capability This is made possible because Talent Explorer combines the competencies and skills with virtually any piece of information. For example, you build teams not only based on jobs and availability, but also on skills, proficiency levels and experience. Simlarly, you simulate mobility not only based on jobs and career levels, but also on skills, performance and mobility wishes.
The SEE-K Scoring & Ranking Module is a web-based tool used by HR for career progression, mobility or workforce planning activities. You select any job or employee, and find the best matches in terms of competencies/skills ranked by decreasing order of percentage. You can run spider graphs for real-time gap visualization. You can also cross-reference results using any other available criteria e.g. availability, mobility wishes or location, to make your final decision.
For Managers and HR professionals, reports, search and query tools are available to find the possible answers to any question: Identify available skilled employees for replacements, find the best expert in specific technologies or applications, dig in staff previous jobs & experience for new business or prospect opportunities, etc. Unstructured data mining tools are also available for full-text searches in resumes, project reports or other text documents.
