Performance Review
The Performance Review module includes a standard 'best practice' workflow that is up-and-running in a matter of hours. It can also be used as a starting point to create a custom workflow that will meet your exact needs. The Performance Review module is usable 'stand-alone' or with other SEE-K modules e.g. Learning Plans and Career Management.
- Step 1: Manager initiates the employee's performance review
- Step 2: Employee connects and prepares their review
- Step 3: Once Employee and Manager have met for the review, Manager validates the review as 'final'
- Step 4: Review is stored for reference, reports can also be printed for paper trail
Key features of the Performance Review worklow include:
- Managers logs in a dedicated portal to access their list of direct reports, each direct report review portal, dashboards with charts and statistics, job framework, skill model and training resources
- Manager assesses direct report's competencies and proficiency levels (required by job), with the ability to access the model and add other competencies if desired
- Employee self assesses their competencies and proficiency levels, adds previous skills and comments on skills
- Employee declares training and mobility wishes (job, geographic) as well as desired timeframe
- During the review meeting, Manager makes changes as needed, sets goals, validates training plan
- Manager and Employee enter final appraisal comments and summary before final manager validation
